Use exact floating point offsets #1
Description
When changing the Julia set parameters, the real/imaginary parts are changed in increments of 0.01. Unfortunately, floating point numbers can't express that exactly, so error creeps in. The offset should be changed to a nearby exact number so that there's no error.
