Submodule for full wavelet transforms

Maybe a submodule should be added that makes taking the CWT, etc of a full DEM domain easier by reporting results with topographic context (e.g., scale in grid units). This would involve a wrapper around `scipy` and/or `skimage` methods and some basic analysis/plotting functions.
