App settings at screenshots

The game screenshots in README.md are good as visuals to grab attention, but screenshots of all the tabs of the settings window, if present, would be more useful. However, as one might assume from the available screenshots, which have neither a menu bar nor overlay elements, the application lacks any settings? That is, there is no emulation acceleration/deceleration, no rewind, no per-game controller keys / joysticks settings, not to mention saving layouts to a file, no visual effects simulating old TVs?..
