Add a CoC

Before we launch, we need a Code of Conduct or similar statement for how we expect people to behave when they participate in the StepZero community.

I have confirmed that Elevation 66 does indeed have the WiFis, or so the staff told me.  I lacked a 21st century piece of technology to test this claim, but I have no reason to doubt their word.

Next week is a tiny bit crazy for me.  I am trying to parse out schedule madness.

At present, the week of 2/10 (weeknights) are fine and dandy for meet up and discussion of things StepZero-y. (or whatever).

Is that week workable in your schedule?
