Can't find cassia 2.1.0.120! #1

Are you still here ? Can't you give me some help ?
I can't get the exe file througth vistual studio 2015. When I build the exe file ,there are some errors ;
can't Can't find cassia 2.1.0.120 !
After google ,it semmed that there are only two version (version 2.0.0.60.and version 3.0.0-alpha.9) on nuget website.
So ,what's i missing?
By the way，Does't it suppoted windows 10?
