SEP-24 Hosted Deposit/Withdraw not working since 1 week

Hi Team,

SEP-24 hosted deposit/withdraw is having problem with the transaction in Demo Wallet(Testnet). The transactions are Failed, this is happening from yesterday. Is there any network issue/downtime? Kindly anybody suggest/advise?
Below is the logs which i got in Polaris popup for deposit.
instruction: Transaction e2f122ae-5acc-4ed9-b440-f44c693410d1 is in pending_user_transfer_start status
instruction: The anchor is waiting on you to take the action described in the popup
error: SEP-24 deposit failed
