Achieve sync and reference fidelity between catalog and MinIO during moves/deletions

The catalog should be able to be up to date with the data layer as move or delete ops take place on files located there. More specifically, a event-driven mechanism shall be designed to track actions happening on a certain object and update appropriately any references occuring within the catalog's context (**owned** resources, other classic references etc.)
