drive upload timeouts when attempting to upload large files

When attempting to upload a large (27M) file to Google Drive, the error occurs: `round trip: context deadline exceeded (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)`   This problem does not occur when the file is broken down into smaller partitions, and each partition is uploaded individually.
