Configure Flux-AIO with Cilium kube-proxy replacement

In the Flux AIO guide, there is a note saying:

Note that on clusters without kube-proxy, you'll have to add the following env vars to values:

values: env: {
    "KUBERNETES_SERVICE_HOST": "<host>"
    "KUBERNETES_SERVICE_PORT": "<port>"
}

I’m wondering if these variables correspond to k8sServiceHost and k8sServicePort in the values.yaml file for the Cilium Helm installation?

Additionally, where can we find the full specification or list of configurable values for modules like Cilium? For Helm install, I can reference values.yaml in Cilium repo for what values I can configure. What about Timoni module?

Each module in flux-aio has a readme, for example https://github.com/stefanprodan/flux-aio/tree/main/modules/flux-aio

Flux needs to talk to API on the host network to install Cilium, then Cilium needs to talk to the API in the same manner to setup the CNI. Very diffrent things, same settings.

So in the flux instance values you need:

env: {
    "KUBERNETES_SERVICE_HOST": "<host>"
    "KUBERNETES_SERVICE_PORT": "<port>"
}

And in the cilium instance values you need:

helmValues: {
    k8sServiceHost: "<host>"
    k8sServicePort: ""<port>"
}

In both, the Kubernetes API host and port should be the same.
