Post-install runtime values updates

I just attended the KDC presentation I have one piece of feedback:

Runtime values/secrets can change and break functionality, having them stored in Git allows a single point for updates, with the model Timoni proposes this becomes a per-cluster/per-installation necessity. Having the possibility to watch those values post-installation and update the configuration post-deployment could be a game changer
