Add Auto-Channel plugin

Develop a plugin to automatically create temporary channels when users request them.

Requirements:

• Dynamic Channel Creation: Implement a system that generates channels.
• Cleanup Mechanism: Automatically delete empty or unused channels after a specified period.

Bonus:

• User-Defined Settings: Allow users to specify channel parameters, such as name, permissions, and duration.
