Figure out good long term solution for storing large raw data sets. #600
Description
It's a good idea to keep around a copy of our raw datasets used to generate the ASN and Location data used in the application, however, the newest geo CSV files are larger than the 100MB limit Github appears to impose on files.
Need to look into a solution for storing these.
