The scope of this feature/task is to create a reliable way for all StayOnHire users to migrate from their existing Rate Sheets that are based on manual data-entry and updating, to a digital solution that can pre-fill draft invoices and jobs automatically.

An example would be pricing sheets like below merging into a new 'Category Base Rates' page.

Rate Table Page

Viewing
Clicking any rate in this table would open a preview of the details, and allow for editing from any approved personnel to edit these rates.

Automatic Pre-filling Rates
Jobs will begin automatically pre-selecting the most appropriate rate, based on the category and position's duration of hire. In the pictured example, an ongoing long term hire will default to the Yearly Rate unless a user opts to change the rate to a different selection.

Customer/Client Specific Discounts
Contact will have the ability to have a default discount stored on their account. This will then automatically apply to asset positions for that customer, although these will be completely editable during the invoicing process.

Asset Quicklooks
Asset's will display base rates to any user with permissions to read billing information.
