I'm unable to use it

Hello, I come from scrapy docs trying to use wgrep to find resources for dynamically loaded data on a website and find myself unable to install the package either as described in the installation, locally or on a venv or through other methods. cmd seems to try and open the script with vs code, the web-browser or whatever is the program I have configured on my windows machine to open .js files, and when I select node.js for doing so it doesn't run either.

Any help would be appreciated.

@Rodahn The message says you need to upgrade Node.js:

It says you have v12.22 installed but it wants v14.15 or v16.10 or any v18.
