Description
Regarding the list of accounts that should be removed from quorum are:
- Status Emergency Reserve (29%)
- DevTokensHolder (11.6959%)
- SGTExchanger (1.8423%)
- SNT.controller()
Should be defined if other rules could apply.
Should be defined ifa update of ENS Usernames with new locking system should be implemented as showcase and update of this contract, or delayed to a next iteration, or this idea discarded and include those addresses to ignored list.
Enhances the democratic guarantees of token holders.
