target horizontal line at 0 is plotted in the coef value plots for the SA.plot.progress=T plots

The term values have targets, the coefs don't.

Only noticed this in a chance run where 0 made it onto the y-axis at one point and the red line showed up.

Should be removed if possible, yes?
