Not compatible with C version

Hi, I'm finding that files generated by this library are not decompressed by the original implementation http://fastcompression.blogspot.com.au/p/lz4.html. Files compiled by the original lz4, generate runtime errors in this library. Known/intentional? :)

Further to this the C# version seems to insert an extra 5 bytes at the start of the file - which presumably screws the offsets etc. as simply removing them does not fix the difference :)

Found the problem: there is some extra header data present in the command-line (lz4.exe) created archives compared with this library. Worth updating this to handle it? There is a magic number, length of uncompressed data, and another int I haven't found the use of as yet.

In the process I found an extra "ip += length;" in the Decompress() function, compared with the original C version.

I have the code to read LZ4.EXE generated files, if you think it is useful...

Yes, I that would be a nice thing to have. If you send it to me or do
a fork and add it I'll merge it back into my repo.
