Making use of categories #42

I think categories would be a very powerful thing for this kind of chatbot. It could enable good-quality outputs to many more queries and improve the results for many if not most queries.
For example, in the query below it could simply use the EN Wikipedia category for nootropics. That it should be configurable and distinguishable which language Wikipedia will be/was used would be another issue.
Please add in use of the large category tree of English Wikipedia.
