Add control to enable globe view?

Is your feature request related to a current problem? Please describe.
Client started testing one of our styles in MapLibre's globe view and discovered it breaks. We hadn't been testing in globe view.

Is your work blocked without this feature?
Can work around with a standalone viewer.

Describe the solution you'd like, if you have one in mind
I imagine "globe" should be another toggle available along with mirror, swipe, and phone. It would probably work a lot like phone view.

Describe alternatives you've considered
This is perhaps a rare enough need that we should not enable it all the time, just optionally?

Additional context
Globe view was added to MapLibre in v5.0.0, and as of #218 Maperture is now on v5.2 of MapLibre.

As of now (via #250) we have a configuration option that lets you specify the projection for a style that you load in your maperture config, but it's not yet a UI control.
