Support other color models besides RGB(A)

I recently uploaded a few styles that use HSL(A) colors and they were converted to RGB(A), which makes it hard to debug when a color doesn't work as expected:

I don't see these errors in other tooling either, so I'm a bit at a loss re: how to fix the issues in these styles.

It would be great if Chartographer supported HSL(A) and hex codes without conversion to avoid confusion when viewing results.
