Change config files path to follow the "XDG Base Directory Specification" #279
Description
As most modern software follow freedesktop's XDG Base Directory Specification (summarized version)
So I suggest changing the config path to be $HOME/.config/stakpak instead of $HOME/.stakpak to match the specification resulting in a cleaner home directory for the users (might be relevant to rust implementation).
