Better handling of wrong password for keystore with Teku

Right now, if we detect the wrong password for a keystore with Teku, we exit and tell user to correct his password file. We can do better in terms of UX. We could prompt for a new password or test the keystore decryption ahead of time.

Using ethdo might be an easy way to validate this.
