Create multiple sites through multiple tabs

Problem

There is a way to create multiple sites by opening the empty dashboard multiple times and create multiple sites.

Cause

The creation of a second site depends on the local store. If you open multiple tabs, the store is not in sync and the creation of a second or a third site is possible.

Solution

When creating, check if the user has already created a website.
