Grant Type: Wishlist idea

Whichever Grant Type the applicant selected on the 'Grant Type' page of the application (use the newly created labels in GH with the prefix "Grant Type:"), UNLESS the user selected "Wishlist Application" then the label should be Grant Type: Wishlist Idea.

Only comment is reiterating that 'Wishlist' is not an option on the the 'Grant Type' page - it would have been selected by the User a few pages earlier on the 'Application Type' page.
