Viewer Only User & SAML v2 Authentication

My question it's not an issue, but a practical situation.

Even regular user has the power to shutdown a container. That's dangerous!

Maybe a viewer role to allow monitoring without interfering!

Do you have a parametized to do so?

Also, maybe a SAMLv2 authentication or LDAPv3 would be amazing!
Bootstrap a OpenLDAP it's easy and quick. Besides, there is good SAMLv2 authentication solutions with open source code. I'm playing with some GO Lang libraries in my studies!

The library @node-saml/node-saml looks promising about it!
