📢 Login Issue – Request for Real-Time Debugging Help (Discord)

Hi everyone,

Google OAuth was intentionally removed to prevent abuse and mass spam signups. GitHub account creation is significantly more restrictive and harder to automate, which is why GitHub OAuth is now the only supported login method.

Regarding the current login issue:
I’ve deployed multiple fixes (4 updates) and tested many scenarios (fresh signups, re-registration, cleared sessions, incognito mode, and multiple browsers). Everything works correctly on my side and for other active users, but I still can’t consistently reproduce the issue you’re facing.

Since this problem only appears in some user environments, async debugging through GitHub comments is no longer effective.

👉 If anyone is willing, please join the Discord server so we can debug this in real time (checking requests, responses, and session behavior live). This will help identify what’s different between your setup and mine.

As a token of appreciation for your patience—despite this being a free project—I will increase the domain limit from 5 to 10 for users who originally signed up using Google and are affected by this issue.

This project is maintained by a student, and I genuinely want to resolve this properly rather than guess blindly.

Issue identified:
Please make your github email public during signup. Once signup is complete, you can change it back to private.

This allows us to collect your email once for abuse prevention and contact purposes.

First, make sure you verified you email
Go to email settings on GitHub:
https://github.com/settings/emails
Make sure "Keep my email addresses private" is NOT ticked
Now try to signup, it should work!
