FIELD - General Notifications and Acknowledgements

• I ensured that ourteam understands that they must promptly proceed to the ARENA for their scheduled MATCH time
  as indicated on the MATCH schedule. It is the team’s responsibility to monitor for schedule changes. - For this, I made a schedule for the whole day such that I would be able to allocate different timings and remind our members.
• I ensured that our team knew that they were responsible for attaching the correct ALLIANCE-specific ROBOT SIGN on
  two sides of their ROBOT before they approached the ARENA. - I helped Kailyn with instructing her how the sign should look like and how many signs we should make
• I ensured that our team understood how to disable their ROBOT if instructed to do so by a REFEREE.
• I ensured that our team understands no programming is allowed in the ARENA, including MATCH queue areas.
• I ensured that our team understands that troubleshooting or programming assistance from FIELD STAFF will be limited
  if team is not using at least the recommended minimum versions of SDK and device software. - Ensured that we are using the right software required,
