Cache directory in ServiceX Spec #696
Description
Story
PR #683 enables a user to specify the target cache directory but only in CLI. It would be great if one can include that in the Spec file and do not need to remember the cache path for a given ServiceX Spec file.
Acceptance criteria
Cache directory can be specified in ServiceX Spec yaml file.
