broadcast-stream not found (windows)

version 1.2.3 crashes app on start
reverting to 1.1.1 and it works fine.

I have no idea what is trying to call broadcast-stream ... it's not a listed dependancy in the stack (that's probably the problem?)

The latest version of ssb-lan uses dgram-broadcast as a replacement for broadcast-stream because the latter is now in an npm junkyard (no one can publish to it).
