Patch for /v3/src/com/example/android/trivialdrivesample/util/IabHelper.java

should check for mContext.getPackageManager() and 
mContext.getPackageManager().queryIntentServices(serviceIntent, 0) 0) in case 
they are null... -> throw exception if one of them is null
