Bug: device with height less than 500px is not respected and gets bugged

If sth-select runs in a device which has less than 500px of height, the select gets bugged. It has a maximum height, but should respect the device's first.

There is actually an issue with every device. If the overflow appears in the select elements, the last element is not seen. In this demo, the "With filter" select doesn't show me the last element, even in 1366 x 768 px laptop. Tested using Firefox Quantum 57.0b3 (64-bit) and Google Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100 on Ubuntu 16.04.

This screenshot displays all the elements.

"Lorraine", which happens to be the last element of the list, doesn't appear in any device but appears when you search.

If you are curious about the reason, this happens because the height is set to 500px in your JS code. I am able to reproduce this bug. Let me know if you find this legit, I can open a new issue and after I solve this I will submit a patch for this bug as well.
