Create an API to modify aspects of the application #15
Description
Right now, there are aspects of this program which are hardcoded which I'd rather if they weren't. Such as:
- the subreddits to scan
- ideas are hard coded
- suggestion/rejection words
It would be nice to have an authenticated API, if i was to go the running project url on heroku to view/add/remove/edit different aspects of the program
