Allow changing of keyboard shortcut to launch

Currently, the hotkey to launch azazel is hard-coded to Win+space. It needs to be configurable by the user. Ideally it should ask the user to set the hotkey first time it launches since win+space might already be registered to something else (otherwise the user won't even be able to launch it to change the hotkey).
