New user registration issues

After adding information to all the boxes, I get an error saying: "sqlite3.OperationalError: database is locked".

Did you get this before when you made user "a"? I went ahead and just made an insert statement to add another user for testing purposes, but IDK if we need to take a look back at the user_registration page.

WE DON'T NEED TO MAKE ANY EDITS THROUGH THIS ISSUE, WE CAN JUST USE IT FOR COMMUNICATION PURPOSES.

This probably happens because Flask is using the .db file at the same time you're trying to update it, so it won't let you. SQLite doesn't like concurrent access. All you need to do is turn off Flask, do your updating, then turn Flask back on.
