Adjust installation instructions for nabu casa users?

1. Installed component from master
2. Setup credential with splitwise; using my local address (http://10.0.0.32:8123)
3. Setup API key in configuration.yaml
4. Start auth flow

What took me a while to realise is my home assistant is using the nabu-casa URL for itself; while my browser based setup and access to it is all local.

Consider

• adjusting the notification to render multiple URLs;
• or adjusting the documentation to refer to your public URL
• adding a better HTTP 500 error page?
• Handling the 'None' better in the notification?

Sorry for the late response. Haven't really come back to this repo in a while.
The homeassistant URL will always show what Splitwise Redirect's it to. So it's all about configuring the callback_redirect_uri in Splitwise Dev console.

@CloCkWeRX Were you able to get this to work with your nabu casa account? I've been futzing with it for a couple hours and no joy. It also does not come up in the HACS repository, so I'm attempting manual install.
