Device that has commands to be executed in the control loop was a good idea. Lets continue to build on that.

However, the DeviceControl task that re-checks the commands was maybe not a good idea (or?), it should likely be more robust anyways.

Also we need to watch out for race conditions between threads that move things in and out of the device command list.

In the new ESystem design the command should not be removed until it has expired, eg we need a start time and an endtime.
