I am Interested in helping to update and finalize module

Hi,

I am interested in helping to update this module and publish.  Would you mind if we changed the name to PSPagerDuty? 

I use MIT license usually. 

Please let me know if there are issues with renaming. I dont mind sticking with name if you want it.
