Namespace / naming conventions

As @ezh pointed out in #1 sbt-scct doesn't respect naming conventions. It should be moved to a package namespace.

Note that it's not just "naming conventions" why this should be done. It's actually quite awkward to use sbt-scct on account of this issue, as it exhibits the same problem described here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/9822008/why-is-my-object-not-a-member-of-package-root-if-its-in-a-separate-source-fil

(I would, in fact, go so far as to argue this is a "bug" not an "enhancement".)
