Turn off screen while charging not working.

Gave it a couple tries with different settings, even tried a reboot. Screen will not turn off when on the main menu.

@tjz67201 On my fresh install (using installer) this isn’t working for me? Also when it’s plugged in and I turn it off completely it stops charging (or at least the LEDs stop lighting up)
