GOTRS (Go Open Ticket Request System) is a modern, cloud-native ticketing system built with Go and HTMX, designed as a next-generation alternative to OTRS.

I'm building GOTRS because I believe modern, open-source ticketing systems should exist without enterprise licensing costs or vendor lock-in. The core project will always remain free and open source.
