the update of sequences in NCBI

Hi, as you know, the sequences in NCBI update ervery week,including the genebank ID and taxonomy and so on. So the databases you used will be updated or not?

Dear @Arctictern6,

This tool does not ship with any particular version of NCBI taxonomic files. Unless NCBI changes their file formats, you should be able to use the latest files as they become released.
