init flag is overwriting main without prompting about it

Hello there,

I used the init flag to init the library and the script seem's to overwrite the main file without prompting about it. It's annoying behaviors and should be explicit and/or appending to the file to prevent any issues.

Is it possible to add an alert message with a user validation ?

A '--force' flag could be added too incase the user want's to overwrite without prompting.

Broke my neck a few times when I missed to setup a git repo beforehand. I always forget that cobra-cli is doing that 😅
