bug: Start Minimized/Start at login not holding settings

When setting Start Minimized and/or Start at Login and Save - does not hold after app is restarted or OS is restarted.

When rebooted with the setting set, the app does not start. When the app is restarted, going back into Settings shows both options untoggled. No persistence where it should have had persistence
