feat: Add filters to AI model list: Not Free and pruning the list for no providers #25
Description
Two changes to the AI models selection screen
- Need to include another check box for Not Free. Meaning this will filter our the Free models.
- If the API has a way to report if there are any providers that are active, then show on the list else hide - examples: gpt-oss:20b (free) and gpt-oss:120b (free)
