feat: Build a landing page #24

@spenceriam

Description

@spenceriam

When users arrived to the webpage, they should be greeted with a simple landing page with a hero section, section to go over how this works, and then a CTA to start using it. The header and footer should be duplicated based on the header and footer used for the API, AI model, Description, and Generate pages.

Split the hero section so the left is the normal information/content and the right contains an animation of typing out, then generating the docs, then going to an IDE to start developing.

Have a carousel with supported IDEs and no code tools (should be every one that's available) so have placeholder images/text box with text for:
Visual Studio Code
Visual Studio
Cursor
Windsurf
Jetbrains
Kiro
Qoder
Trae
Zed
Void
Claude Code
Gemini CLI
Codex CLI
Warp
OpenCode
Crush CLI
Qwen CLI
Auggie CLI

There should a button in the Hero section and CTA section that says "Start now". When the page goes to the API key screen, we should have a modal already open that explains how this works and how to obtain a OpenRouter API key
