re-organize the output directory structure

Re-organize the MALMI output directory folder structure to make it easier to understand the results and to navigate among different folders.
Data structures can be:
----ROOT_DIR----data_processing
|
----catalog
|
----event
|
----event_folder (dirname use event detection time?)
|
----seismic
----ML_prob
----figure
....

Note for event folders, DO NOT USE ":" in the folder name as this is not compatible in a Windows-based system.
