Install the systemd unit file

Similar to how we are installing /etc/nettest.conf we should also install the systemd unit file (nettest.system from this repo) in /usr/lib/systemd/system/.
After the file is there, systemd needs to reload the files by running this command: systemctl daemon-reload.
Then the user would manage the server with systemd commands such as: systemctl restart nettest

It’s not entirely clear. When launching the application, do I need to create this file in the specified directory?
And should I also run systemctl daemon-reload when the application starts?
Does the application have sufficient permissions to execute this command?
Should these actions be performed only when an additional argument is provided?

In my opinion, it can work like this:
sudo nettest --install does the following:

1. create /etc/nettest.conf
2. create /usr/lib/systemd/system/nettest.system
3. run sytemctl daemon-reload so that systemd knows about this new file
4. run systemctl enable nettest sets it to start at boot
5. run systemctl start nettest starts the server
