Misc Enhancements

1. Please install oprofile inside perftools-setup directory.
2. Provide uninstall.sh
3. Provide option to recompile oprofile binary. (Needed when you change JDK).
4. Reinstall shouldn't keep appending env variables to .bashrc. Use the logic in cluster-hadoop-utils.
