problem with Nvidia geforce RTX 2070 gddr6 8GB and Bitcrack sp-mod 5

I have a problem with Bitcrack sp-mod 5
I am using Nvidia Geforce RTX 2070 gddr6 8GB but my speed is not real. actually when I am working with Bitcrack sp-mod 5 my speed shown about 400 MK/S. I am using --continue and -c parameters and saving my progress in a file (crack.file)
but when I check my progress in this file, My progress is low.
On the other hand, I am using another graphic card on clBitcrack. it is an RX580 8GB. I am checking this range :

in 41 hours. my speed with RX580 is about 60 MK/S
my speed with Nvidia Geforce RTX 2070 gddr6 8GB is 400 MK/S. so I should check the same range in 6.2 hours. but in action, it takes more than days. Why?

ı have got gtx 1080 with 50k addresses and got 500MKey/s
maybe u should check cuda version and visual studio exactly which versions needed.
