Installing packages that require parameters

Hi,

Disclaimer: I'm not sure if I'm missing something as I'm relatively new to chef.

I'm trying to install MySQL_5_5 and webpi seems to prompt for a mysql password, then throws an exception.

Any ideas?

From the look for the WebPi cmd docs, theres a parameter that allows you to add a password

When WebpiCmdline installs SQL or MySQL database, it prompts the users to enter the root/admin/sa password to be used for the database. To Automate this use case , use the /Sqlpassword & /Mysqlpassword arguments

WebpiCmdline.exe /Products:SQLExpress /AcceptEula /SQLPassword:MySecretPassword

Is it possible to add optional parameters? From the quick look I had at the source, it doesn't seem like it.

I'm wondering the same thing. I am resorting to running the install of MVC4Vs2010_Loc via batch or powershell because it requires SQLExpress even though I am not going to ever use it.
